a week of fun
Hooray. All assignments/midterms all sudah siap!!
YAY NO MORE STAYING UP LATE. YAY FINALS COMING IN THREE WEEKS -..-
The inner hardworker in me WAS gonna start studyin this week for finals..

But i was mesmerized and sucked into all the tempting plans that was screaming to me.

MONDAY:
I went out with emily, fish, xinpei & ah yun.
We had a so called "dinner" which is actually more like early supper
at McD & had a privilage tour by ah yun into UCSI.
She has seriously became my inspiration to start practising my piano again.
But after a few days, i think i've lost my inspiration. ZzzZZzz~
Nevertheless, i MUST and WILL start playin my rusty piano again! Yosh!!

TUESDAY:
Supposingly we were suppose to go shopping but because we were going to sekincan the next day, our shopping plans were again canceled as we signed up for candle making.
What a bad choice of clothings for that day to go college.
I was wearing jacket + long thick jeans.
And that day was a killer hot day.

This was also an opportunity to embrace and use our creativity.
It's actually pretty easy to make lorr..
But still we used nearly 2 hours to finish.

Anyway, I nearly fainted of heat stroke at pasar mlm.
Dam jealous of them can wear short, t-shirt and slippers coz they all live nearby oni can change clothes d.
sobsob. felt like a kiasu woman who was willing to take the heat for the sake of looking good.

WEDNESDAY:
Ahhh yesss. Our Sekincan trip to see fireflies.
Super long journey. But worth it lar. hehe.
We went after class around 4pm.
We spent most of the time in the car though.
First stop, the padi field.
Staying in city, sometimes we dun really get to see the other side of the kampung life.
There were less cars there.
Lots of motorcycles.
And even more bicycles.
When i took the first step out of the car,
i felt like a sunsilk model d. Or rather a crazy woman who thinks she's a sunsilk model.
Why?
Because it was darn breezy and cool.
my hair was flying all over my face and other ppl's faces. haha.

After spending quite a long time at the padi fields, we finally went to eat... SEAFOOD!!
But there were no crabs left lerr.. A bit disappointing lorr..
The main attraction there however was not the food..

It was 10pm by the time we finished dinner.
Abit worried that the fireflies place would be closed already.
Actually they were.
They were supposed to be closed at 10pm but i guess they saw there were alot of us so they could still squeeze some money outta us so they allowed us to go in to explore. hehee.

This experience was superb!
For those who haven seen fireflies before, they look like christmas lights on the christmas tree. At first i didn't believe it when my fren told me those were fireflies.
It was until the "tour guide" reconfirmed my doubt that i believed him.
The fireflies are such delicate beings.
Catching em and holding it in my hands was such a wonderful feeling.
They are kinda tiny and there's no feeling they're resting on ur hands at all.
They serously light up the whole tree in the dark.

Yes, it was pitch dark outside with no light AT ALL whatsoever.
Just the lights from their butts were showing us the way.
Was abit scared at first when our boat went into the dark.

into the murky water with nothing but silence in the air.
The water current was pretty strong and stupid wei liong keep saying he saw a crocodile.
4 persons per boat.
Nothing beats a group photo.
If only we were allowed to catch fireflies i would bring back 10 bottles of em.But they're too expensive to bugnap them.
Rm1k per bug u bring home. 0.o
After all the excitement, we started our journey back home.

My heart was pumping fast when there was a police block.
That sense of guilt and anxiety when our car and ice's car went through.
This was because the car we were sitting in has been modified and the engine was kinda loud. Everyone was 99.9999% sure that our car would kena stopped.
Thankfully, the remaining 0.0001% of luck didn't run out and we went through smoothly.
Where as for ice, her car had one too many ppl, but again, thankfully she went through too.
By the time we reached kl it was 2am.
My head was already bobbing up and down due to sleepy-ness.
By the time i took a shower and was ready to sleep it was 3am and i was then wide awake!!
So was mei. So we pillow talked until w.chien told us to shut up and go back to sleep or else she would bite us. hahaha. ok fine it's half true but it was time for bed anyway.
We still had class tomorow at 11am.
THURSDAY:
The next morning, as u can imagine...
everyone's panda eyes suddenly popped out of nowhere.
We previously canceled our shopping plans again for today because we tot we would be really exausted..But then again, we are warriors!! And my hands were itching to shop. LOL.
So i drove to timesquare with charlene and mei for our shopping spree. Finally.
Shopping at timesquare was ermm with mixed emotions.
And trust me, guilt played a big part. It was guilt that bought me three (very cheap) dresses and tons of face-stuffing with yummey food.

We needed a break from all that walking and shopping.

In those days there were no men yet, so Cavewoman no.1 had no choice but to fall for Cavewoman no.2
This is how loving we are. =)
