first week of my holidays

My mum has been nagging alot at me lately for going out so often and coming back late =p Guess i'll tone down a bit next week.
First we celebrated ICey's bithday. Poor weng hong was our driver for the nite.
His first passenger was me & he picked me up around 9.15pm

(Mei and her bf had already reached uptown at 9.30pm)
Next we went to get sookmun then icey.
The route to icey's house was..hmm..

H.E.L.L!!!
Who would have thought that there would be so much traffic at nite??
It was prolly due to the mooncake festival celebration going on somewhere far in front.
We then took another small road which was suppose to be some sort of shortcut.

But then.. it was ANOTHER route to H.E.L.L. ARGHHH!!
There was a wedding going on and there was only one lane available to drive on.
(one lane as in for cars going our direction and for the cars coming from the oppesite direction)OMG. can u imagine how stuck we were stuck in?? hahahha.
Plus the car in front wouldn't budge and move over to let us cross..
Kiasu betul. Becoz of his damm car we were frozen in that same position for ages!!GRRRRRrrRR..
Okay nvm. After all that chaos.. we were a bit lost in finding icey's house coz she was the one who taught us dis shortcut. And Wenghong being as stubborn would not follow the directions given.So we went round and round in circles. Good thing there was me and sookmun to give him a wake up nagging and we finally reached. Phew.
That's not the end of it!!There was miscommunication about the place we were suppose to go to.Mei said she'll meet us at UPtown in DU but wenghong brought us to OLDtown in PJ.North and west. So had to connect back to the LDP highway to get there.
By the time we reached the "real" destination.. It was already 11.45pm.
poor mei waited for us for 2hrs and 45 min. nearly 3 hours. XD And pity wenghong too as with dat amount of time driving we would have reached melacca d. haha
Upon arrival there was live singing karaoke

We had a surprise song and all for icey at 12am sharp but then someone with really nice timing...*cough cough* *whuan chien* called her and she went outside to pick up her phone coz it was pretty noisy.Mei quickly rushed out to stop them from singing the birthday song and the cake.But she was too late.There they were.. Chanting the birthday song and looking all around for the birthday girl who was no where to be seen!They brought the cake to our table too looking at all of us wondering whose da birthday girl. I could hear the nextdoor table laughing.. T__T

But overall the nite was great. The cake was delicious, the place was beautiful but the time was too short though.They were closing soon coz we arrived so late. =( I reached home at 1.30am and went to bed without taking a shower. hahaha.
