outwithmum

urghhh.. i've just check my next semester's timetable..

Monday and Tuesday 8am class.. urghhh!!

i'm not an early person..=(

8am classes should be made illegal lar!!!

I've said it once and i'll say it again!!

ILLEGAL I TELL U!!

On a brighter note. I've got no classes on wednesdays.

See if we can adjust our timetable to go coll for 3 days oni. keke.

i'll be waiting for the good news.. *fingers crossed*

Today, I had lotsa fun spending time with my mum.

It's been a while since we went shopping together.

Plus i got to buy clothes that i can't afford. wahahaha.

But my mum still made me pay half the price for the maternity dress. Booooo~

No no no.. u din hear me wrong. i bought a maternity dress. haha..

It was super pwetty and i don't look pregnant in it okayyy..

a night with the phantom

Monday. 29th June 2009. 7pm

A Night with the Phantom.
If u weren't there, awwwww....

U've missed a treat of a lifetime..

U'll just have to watch from the sidelines & envy my pics =p

Our complimentary drinks with muffin like bread

And of course.. u'd have to get the invitation first b4 u can enter..

And inside the envelope is the menu for the night.

All in french. Had a hard time pronouncing em all.

But everything felt so classy. haha.Our complimentary drink.

Bet u wish u could take a sip of dis on a hot day huh? hehe.

I love dis the most lorr. So pwetty & colourful.

And most importantly it tastes GOOD!

I still think it looks nicer in real life coz u can see the smoke and mist oozing out from the drink.

Doesn't it make u wanna do chemistry again? haha.Drools* I miss it already!! =(There.. told u it reminds u of chemistry.

Yeaps. We're supposed to drink out of the tube.^^The creative decorations.

Feels romantic-ly in love here. haha.Woon Peng as our bartender.

She made us cocktails (orange) & mocktails(green).

Both of em have their own unique taste.

Even for a girl like me who doesn't really like alchohol thinks the balance of the drink is perfect.

Really well done. And pretty.

The cocktail that we ordered had frozen petals inside which added that extra umph.

One of the appetizers.

Lemon flavoured. Sorta.

Sour and sweet at the same time at the top.

But a undescribeable taste when u reach the bottom.

But i like it. Simple yet satisfying.Okays. Our first main course:

A veggie dish.

The usually picky jess normally won't eat much of greens.

Tapi... Need i say more??

It was good. Especially with the mint sauce.

Heaven~

Next, some sort of sour cream onion soup.

And u've guessed it right.

It's not juz any ordinary onion soup.

The so called "egg" inside the soup will dissolve in ur mouth once u eat it.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh........

with sweet sauce dripping out from it..

My egg. haha.

I'm not really sure what dis is but i think it's octopus tentacles with fish eggs.

And salmon :)

Doesn't it look like a painting? hehe.

Next, mangostene frozen sorbet.

I tak sampai hati eat lerrr..

Coz too yummy wanna keep for later..

But cannot. Or else it will melt..

So in the end i finished it also...

Wahhh.. Don't get me started on the beef we had..

Excellent. Eating it gives me a warm fuzzy feeling.

Soft and tender. heheheeeee..

YN dun eat beef so she had a special dish of mushroom noodles.

By the time dis next dish came along..

I was seriously not in the mood to eat anymore..

I damm full d leh..

But if i dun eat so sayang worrrr...
Plus dis one is really yummy oso. sobsob.
